Epic Owl does not charge for sending text messages. However, message and data rates may apply as per your mobile phone carrier’s plan. You are responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred from participating in the Service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages connected with our Service. We also do not guarantee the delivery or the accuracy of the contents of each message.
